𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮•𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲 is a weekly open-level movement practice rooted in presence, instinct, and physicality. Each class becomes a small laboratory of movement where play, exploration, and experimentation meet.

Every session becomes a new invitation to dive into movement, to research, to play, to connect with a community, and to discover the infinite pathways inside, outside, around, through, and of us.

ANIMA•PULSE is a movement research practice focused on presence, physicality, and spontaneity, with both an individual and collective focus. We draw attention to our bodily patterns to discover new pathways and saturations. Through principles from Flying Low, Fighting Monkey Practice, contemporary dance, martial arts, and improvisation, we return to instincts, the cyclical, rhythm, spirals, and chaos to discover the infinite pathways,and possibilities of our physicality. This practice is an invitation to bring all of who you are with you—past, present, and future—as we begin to approach our body and those around us with trust, presence, play, and care.
