An Anime Festival to bring everyone together for the love of anime.

For one day under one roof come join us as we celebrate everything about our love for our unique culture as we put together an event consisting of Japanese and anime-themed art stalls, merch stalls, food corners, cosplay contests, photoshoots, Japanese culture workshops, anime workshops, Table-top games, Japanese board games, an array of other contests games, and musical performances turning our love into a celebration that lasts through out the day.

A gathering if you will. A festival where just liking anime is good enough to make you fit right in.

RULES:

Passes & Entry

1. Each wristband admits one person, and one person only.

2. Once purchased, wristbands cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or returned.

3. Attendee must carry receipt of wristband purchased online or in person at the venue in order to register at Animatsuri 2.0 (hereafter referred to as "Event") and collect wristband for entry to the venue for the Event.

‍

4. It is recommended that purchasers/attendees arrive at the venue for the Event a minimum of 20 minutes prior in order to register and pick up their physical wristbands.

‍

5. No wristband shall be sold in cash, online, or in any other form, to anyone under the age of 12.

‍

6. Any person wishing to purchase a wristband must be above 12 years of age.

‍

7. All attendees below the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults.

‍

8. The Organizers of the Event reserves the right to deny entry or handing over of wristbands in case the holder/furnisher of any e-ticket is below the age of 12 and is not accompanied by an adult at the Registration Table and show entry.

9. Wristbands that have been removed or tampered with shall be rendered invalid and shall not be replaced.

‍

10. Children aged 3 years or below shall not be required to purchase a wristband for entry.

‍

11. Anyone above 3 years of age shall be required to pay full admission price for entry to the Event.

‍

12. Organizers are not responsible for damage to, or loss of, wristband once issued.

‍

13. Duplicate wristband will not be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands.

‍

14. Attendees should beware of counterfeit wristbands.

‍

15. Organizers are not responsible for any counterfeit wristbands purchased by any attendee.

‍

16. Organizers reserve the rights of admission, even to valid wristband holders.

‍

17. Internet handling fee per wristband will be levied upon transactions.

‍

18. It is recommended that purchasers check the total amount before making any payment.

‍

19. Wristbands once booked/purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Attending the Event

1. Valid wristbands must be displayed at all times during the Event, while in the venue premises.

‍

2. The Organizers reserve the right to examine wristbands/passes at anytime during the Event in order to authenticate their validity & genuineness.

‍

3. Attendees agree not to take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited.

‍

4. Organizers are not responsible for any unattended/unaccompanied attendees below the age of 12 at the Event. Where a wristband has been purchased by an adult for an attendee below the age of 12, Organisers shall not be responsible for any attendee by the age of 12 present at the Event without the supervision of the wristband purchaser or any responsible Adult.

5. Artist and guest line-ups may be subject to change from time to time.

‍

6. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed. Food and beverages will be available, for a charge, inside the venue.

‍

7. Organisers are not responsible for any negative effect of food items or drinks consumed by the attendees inside the venue.

‍

8. Attendees must take care their personal belongings.

‍

9. Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage at, during, or around, the event.

‍

10. First aid will be made available where necessary. In case of any injury or medical need there will be a first aid attendant present. Please refer anyone in need of assistance to the Organizers instead of handling it yourself unless extremely necessary. 

However, the Organisers are not responsible for any injury, harm, or damage, of any kind, that may occur during, at, or around the event.

11. Organisers reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions; including, but not limited to, where necessary, ejecting the holder(s) of a valid wristband from the venue after they have entered the venue.

‍

12. Organisers shall employ a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, which term shall include, but not be limited to: any form of physical or verbal harassment; anti-social or illegal behavior directed towards any attendee/exhibitor/visitor or any other individual at/around the Event; any of the above behavior on any online forum, through any digital means, or on any form of social media. Any form of harassment shall be dealt with promptly by Organisers as the Organisers deem fit including, but not limited to, expulsion from the Event without any refund.

‍

13. Basic modicum of decency and general courteous and polite behaviour is expected of all the attendees. Any attendees that either mentally or physically cause any distress, discomfort, or issue to any of the other attendees including any comment on their orientation, gender, etc. will be immediately removed by event security without any refund. 

14. Security procedures, including bag checking, remain the right of the Organisers.

‍

15. All visitors, including those in costumes, must cooperate with the security at the Event, in the interests of the security of all attendees of the Event.

‍

16. Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, and any banned/controlled substances, including outside food, will not be permitted at the Event.

‍

17. Parking near or at the Event venue is at the risk of the vehicle owner.

18. Pets are not permitted. Exceptions will be made for service animals.

19. Please ensure that there is no littering at the venue.

There will be separate containers present for compostable and recyclable material and we would request that you maintain the same conduct towards trash disposal. 

20. Firearms, knives, and any other material deemed hazardous will not be permitted at the venue.

The Organizers retain the right to make such a decision on any material brought to the venue by attendees. Please refer to Cosplay contest rules for specifications on cosplay accessories and apparel. 

21. Attendees are generally expected to respond to any intimation or contact from the Organizers at the venue.

22. In case of any emergency situation, please contact one of the Organizers and follow their instructions to resolve the issue. 

Miscellaneous:

1. The Organizers make no guarantee, warranty, or representation that the ticketing website will function properly throughout the ticketing sales process. In the event that the Web site malfunctions, Organizers will try to rectify the problem in a timely fashion. Not withstanding the same, by using the Web site the Purchaser agrees that in no event shall the Organizers, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to damages resulting from the use of the web site or the ticketing registration process.

2. Wristband holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, including but not limited to loss or damage to person or property, and release the Organizers and their respective employees and agents, against any and all claims.

‍

3. In all arrangements involving third parties, the Organizers act only as agent and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to the Organizers in connection with or arising from such an arrangement with a third party.

‍

4. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Organizers will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property howsoever caused.

5. All attendees agree to follow the health and safety policies and posted instructions while at, in, and/or around, the Event.

6. By way of purchasing the wristband for entry to the Event, the Purchaser, and Attendee of the Event where not the same as the Purchaser thereof, hereby affirms that they have read and understood the Terms & Conditions herein in full and agrees to all terms and conditions herein in toto.

7. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Organisers without any notice.

8. These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to include any Code of Conduct, Advisory, Press Release/Note, and other terms and condition documents for the Event as published, identified, advised, or promulgated by the Organisers, and the same should be read as part and parcel of these Terms & Conditions.

9. No failure or delay on the part of any party to the exercise of any right, power, privilege, or remedy provided under these conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, or remedy.

10. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these Terms and Conditions will be maintained.
