Join us for a special evening where ancestral wisdom meets hands-on learning. In this workshop, Jenny Brede and George Samen will guide you through core teachings of Native animal medicine rooted in Lakota tradition, helping you deepen your connection to animal voices and their guidance.
We’ll also touch on bone processing, discussing the respectful and intentional practices that accompany working with bone and animal remains.
To bring it all together, every attendee will create their own traditional medicine pouch. Each participant will receive a handcrafted leather pouch made by Native makers, along with a selection of meaningful items to choose from. You’ll build a pouch for yourself — or for someone who may be in need of healing and support.
Additional items will be available à la carte for those who feel called to add more, but everything needed is included.
Bring your curiosity, reverence, and heart. This class blends spirit, tradition, and grounded practice in a welcoming, respectful space.
