Our group will be discussing Anger. What makes us fly into sudden, intense, emotional responses? Why do certain things make us so angry? What exactly is a trigger? Anger is often a cover-up emotion, so what is underneath our reactive anger? Join us for what promises to be a fascinating discussion.Roundtable Discussions, held at Park Hall on the first Sunday each month, are organized to inspire mindfulness and to encourage open discussion. After the topic has been introduced, the facilitator invites all to participate in a roundtable format of sharing and discussion.
