The Angelica site (Tannery Commons) project will be presented on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Ballston Spa Police Department garage at 78 Thompson Street. The project development group consists of Blue Ridge Cascade working with the NRP Group which has a number of projects in New York including the Reserve at Saratoga Springs a 202 unit Workforce housing project. Conifer is no longer involved in the project. The mayor reported that the development group has made changes to the original plan.
