What to expect for this session:We invite you into a sacred space, cleansed and charged with crystals and prayer. The energy in room will intuitively guide us throughout the session.
The session will be 90 minutes. Beginning in Savasana, we will prepare the body to fully relax and allow it to embody the full moon and planetary frequencies, focusing on Sagittarius.
Throughout the practice, you will be guided into deep meditation, inviting your body to surrender into each specific frequency of our sound instruments. The sound will include a journey of Chiron and Nibiru gongs, singing bowls, chimes, high and low frequency tuning forks, tingshas and bells. Oline will be practicing Angelic reiki along side the sound.
To complete our meditation, we invite you to partake in a moment of grounding with a cup of warm tea embodied with our drums.
This Angelic Sound Bath Ceremony will take place on the Full Moon, Friday, May 1st at the Alliance Building (the Dance studio/old One Fitness). It will begin at 7:00PM for 90 minutes. We recommend you bring any of the following:
-Two pillows are best- one for under the knees and one for the head.
-socks
-warm, cozy clothes
-something comfy to lay on (yoga mat, foamie, cushions ect)
-any props you may desire (pillows, bolsters ect)
-blanket (Your body temperature will naturally go down as your fall into meditation)
-Any crystals you would like to be cleansed
NOTE: Pre-Natal's are welcome- we will have extra bolsters to make a comfortable set up. Let us know in advance.
