About this Event
In this workshop, Candle Maker, Hollie Parham will teach participants to craft their own candles and room sprays, just in time for Fall and giving us a chance to create warm and cozy vibes in our own spaces.
Not only do candles and room scents smell amazing they also help with reducing stress and creating higher dopamine levels. Science has shown that simply lighting a candle and smelling the aroma helps to reduce stress levels. Using candles in meditation helps to slow the erratic brainwaves, especially when focusing on the flame while incorporating breathing exercises.
If you've never made a candle before, that's ok! All experience levels are welcome!
Come prepared to learn a new craft, it could lead to an amazing adventure!
