Join Krissy for a special Pink Full Moon Yoga class—a heart-opening, grounding practice inspired by the energy of April’s full moon. Under the glow of the Pink Moon, symbolizing growth, balance, and fresh beginnings, we’ll flow through a sequence designed to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome renewal. Non-heated, all-levels flow.
But the night doesn’t end there! After class, we’ll head to The Wicked Dame, where our favorite bartender, Max Valenciano, will lead a special pink moon themed cocktail-making class—because why not combine mindful movement with a little mixology? Max is going to continue our theme of balance by showing you how to bring balance to your cocktails as you learn about mixing flavors to create what you love.
Cost is $25 per person which includes yoga flow + cocktail or mocktail
