About this Event
Welcome to the “What’s Holding Me Back?” Mostly Women’s Luncheon, taking place at the Citrus Club on April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM (ET).
This intimate luncheon is a space for those who lead, care for others, and carry responsibility, often while quietly navigating their own questions, patterns, and internal resistance.
Hosted by First Light, the event brings together a thoughtfully curated panel of five women, including psychologists, therapists, authors, and thought leaders. Each panelist works closely with women at the intersection of trauma, identity, emotional growth, and modern womanhood. Together, they will explore the unseen barriers that keep so many capable, intelligent women feeling stuck, disconnected, or held back, even when life looks successful on the outside.
This is not a surface level conversation.
It is an honest, research informed discussion about:
- Why awareness alone is not always enough to create real change
- How trauma, coping patterns, and modern cultural pressures quietly shape behavior and decision making
- What it actually takes to move from survival mode into clarity, stability, and self trust
- How leaders, professionals, and helpers can support both themselves and others more effectively
Designed for community leaders, business professionals, therapists, wellness practitioners, and women in positions of influence, this luncheon offers both insight and connection, blending personal reflection with professional relevance.
This is a space to listen, learn, and connect with honesty, nuance, and intention.
We look forward to welcoming you.
