The Virtual Village serves the mission of 4th Trimester AZ by bringing families as well as maternal health professionals together, to explore important topics affecting prenatal and postpartum families, including postpartum mood disorders, changing relationship & family dynamics, healthy boundary-setting, postpartum nutrition, breastfeeding, sex & intimacy, physical health of the mother following birth, and so much more.
For our November gathering, expereinced moms share their best postpartum hacks they wish they had know about before. If you've navigated the postpartum waters, please join in to share what worked best for you. And, if you're pregnant or newly postpartum, tune in to get some expert advice from moms who've been there, before! This is the power of community!
