"Wellness Through Origami" is a creative programme that situates mindful making within an art historical context. These sessions invite participants to engage with selected artworks at Dublin Castle, using these as points of visual and conceptual reference.
Drawing inspiration from the art collection at Dublin Castle, participants will learn simple origami techniques and transform paper into finished models and paper sculptures.
