"WE MOVE NYC": Seaport Fit x Joe Holder

Join us on the Heineken Riverdeck at Pier 17 as we kick off this outdoor series with a sport-inspired workout focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility. Led by Joe Holder alongside Claire Prince.
All levels are welcome. Think a class focused on body weight exercise to get that heart rate up while having fun and feeling good!

Class begins at 9:30 AM, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get set up. Mats and equipment will be provided - just bring the energy and supportive cross-training shoes.
