I'm offering beginner art classes in early June: "Watercolor Poppies" at Bella Art & Frame in Monument. Thursday June 4th 2-5pm - OR - Saturday June 6th 1-4pm. See flyer image for details. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
Go home with two beginner level red poppy paintings!
First we’ll spend a small amount of time learning or reviewing a few basic watercolor skills.
Next we’ll paint an easy and fun 8×10″ abstract and loose poppies painting. Paint along with me step-by-step.
Finally, I’ll demonstrate a slightly more detailed style, loose and impressionistic, of painting poppies for you to try. This painting is 5×7″.
For those who want to try their hands at even more detailed, realistic poppies, I’ll provide a templated drawing and a quick demo for you to practice in class and finish at home.
