The artists Ivan Markovic and Katharina Hauke present their ongoing collaborative film project “Promised Spaces”, which is set in Cambodia. Born 1989 in Belgrade, Serbia, Ivan Marković studied Art and Media at the University of Arts Berlin The cinematographer and director lives and works between Belgrade and Berlin. German Katharina Hauke is a Berlin-based audio and visual artist investigating the question of identity, subjectivity, the medium, perspective and other forms of perception. She works with both video and audio recordings and their manipulation.
Join us for their second night of "Walls, Echoes" at Meta House. Katharina Hauke will presents her audio and visual work, including a photo and sound piece titled “Haus” (”House”) from her series “Essays on the Impossibility of a Cartography.”
