- Nerd-out on neuroscience hacks for the body
- Help yourself to informational resources and swag
- Experiment with stretching and positioning to relieve tension
- Listen to deep beats and lush sonic experiments
- Try meditations that dialog mind, body, and heart
- Deepen your bodily knowledge and sophistication for health, consent, and sensorial richness
ALL identities, bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome. All offerings are consent-driven within this trauma-informed class. Please wear stretchy, soft, comfortable layers for complete freedom of movement and relaxation. Bare feet are ideal for some segments. Please bring your sense of play, humor, and adventure!

Donna Mejia (Crown Institute Faculty Fellow) has been a practitioner and educator in the arts, somatic science, meditation, and critical theories about Earth's human cultures for over 35 years.
