You will be guided in deep meditation, with Pranic Healing and Sound bowls. A beautiful gathering to maintain inner peace, vibrant health and connection.We have yoga mat and blankets, but feel free to bring a pillow or blanket to be extra comfy!

This week we will start with a deep meditation, then you will experience the "sacred laying of crystals". Whilst the crystals are balancing and harmonizing your energy body, you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Pure and ultimate bliss!
