Sensory Notes: Lights are fluorescent in this space, but we like to turn them off when we get settled in. Music may be a bit louder than usual in this class.
What else to bring: Please bring your mat, water and any other yoga props you may enjoy using, and dress for comfort.
Parking: Parking on the street is plentiful and free.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. ?
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
