followed by a traditional dinner prepared by Mexican chef Armando Ramírez which includes the following:
Starter: Guacamole with tortilla chips (an avocado mix with tomatoes,onion,garlic,coriander and herbs)
Main, mild spicy: Enchiladas Suizas (tortilla made with native corn from mexico,chicken,refried beans,cheese and salsa verde)
Drink: Horcháta (rice flavored drink with condense milk,vanilla and cinnamon)
