‘The Dance of Waters’A soulful weekend, where movement, music and the group are the medicine for wellbeing. Guided by the life-affirming practice of Biodanza through movement, presence, and connection, we will dance the waters within—restoring energy, releasing resistance, and remembering the joy of being fully alive. Let yourself soften, shimmer, and submerge into the experience.
This is the second time Catherine will facilitate this particular weekend, and is offering
this invitation again due to the success of the first event in Glasgow. We will explore the elements in Biodanza and with a particular focus on the water element. Water
represents, adaptability, fluidity and flow, beauty and nourishment. It is soothing, cleansing and life-giving. We will dance the divine, powerful nature that is water.
Inspired by the work of Veda Austin
"Water is the rebel element, it won't conform to the laws of physics or gravity and it can't be killed. Without it there is no life. It reincarnates for all to see and science
tells us it came to Earth from outer space. Rebellious, nonconformist, eternal and
alien.....just look at the power we are filled with" Veda Austin
