Step onto “The Avenue” and walk the same streets that shaped Dr. James Franklin Sr.'s story. This guided walking tour will start at the Historic Franklin House & Gallery (355 N. Ann St) and trace the development of "Davis Ave", the "Campground", and other historic areas, homes, churches, storefronts, offices, gathering spots, etc., that make this part of Mobile such a rich historical and cultural gem. The tour will begin at 9:00 am. Bottled water will be provided.
