Introducing our dear friend; Sher, aka Tyler, aka Muffin, aka Space Grandma, aka Twerkle Pit Master!Sher Randhir is a lighthearted and straight-forward teacher who curates practices using mantra and movement.
Sher has been on the path of exploring the breath and its power since he was a child. Being born with under-developed lungs and heart, and getting sick from an early age with asthma and allergies, he had to learn to control his breath from a very early age.
It wasn't until he found Kundalini Yoga that it really landed how potent the breath was. Noticing that he already had a heightened control over his breath, Kundalini taught him about the potential of the breath itself as a tool for expansion. Using his steel tongue drums and myriad of other sound healing frequencies, he is proficient at teaching Kundalini, Yin, Meditation, and Breath work.
