This autumn, join Laura Vuorinen and Nicola Moberg for a nourishing day devoted to the Muladhara – the Root Chakra, the foundation of our energetic body. For millennia, yoginis have explored the flow of prana, "light" force, and how its healthy movement supports both physical vitality and emotional balance.
The Root Chakra (Muladhara) forms already in the embryo and is fully developed by the age of two. It governs our primal needs, survival instincts, and sense of safety and belonging. When balanced, it offers us grounding, stability, and deep trust in life. When its out of balance we can feel disconnected.
Sacred geometry is a language of creation, codes how our visible and invisible reality has been made. We use the power of patterns and symbols that include the information of creation and how energy settles and organises itself.
The symbol of Muladhara is a four petal lotus flower that has a square and a downford triangle inside. To draw this holy symbol we use a compass, pen and a ruler, the only equipment that we need to connect with the wisdom of patterns through sacred geometry. (Drawing equipment provided)
No previous experience necessary, we will dive into the symbol of Muladhara together by drawing and colouring it step by step.
Drawing and observing sacred geometry can be a powerful form of meditation, our desire to understand ourselves better.
Together, we will weave yoga, meditation, creative expression, and restorative practices to reconnect with this powerful foundation:

Art and discovering the symbol of Muladhara 11.30-12.30
Lunch 12:30- 14:00
Art and sharing 14:00- 16:00
Meditation 16:00- 16:30
Restorative/Yin practice 16:30- 17:00
Through movement, breath, sharing, and creativity, you will explore your inner security, primal needs, and release of inner conflicts. The practices will gently guide you back to your soulful self, rooted and radiant.
