About this Event
The Utility 2030 Collaborative (U2030) and Georgia Power are teaming up to deliver the 2024 Design Thinking Masterclass, "Pioneering Solutions for the Energy & Water Capacity Dilemma." This transformational event will be hosted at Georgia Power's office in downtown Atlanta on May 14-15, 2024. It will guide participants in developing creative solutions for the widening energy and water supply and demand gap.
Emphasizing cross-company collaboration strategies, the future of customer experience (CX), and a new era of operational excellence, this masterclass will enable you to develop solutions at the intersection of utility customers and operations.
This masterclass is designed for utility professionals from customer and operations-focused departments and individuals specializing in innovation and transformation. Participating will give you valuable insights into navigating this complex landscape and contributing to developing sustainable solutions.
Design Thinking solution ideation, which you will learn and practice during the masterclass, will allow you to explore your creativity in a safe space, elevate your problem-solving skills, and acquire the tools and resources to effect positive change. Design Thinking takeaways include:
