The program features music by Jorge Vargas (Mexico), Jan Van der Roost (Belgium), Percy Grainger (Australia), and Gustav Holst (Great Britain), along with works representing Spain, Russia, Japan, Guyana, and the United States.
✨ Special Highlight:
The concert includes the world premiere of Faia by local Clallam County composer and longtime Sequim City Band member Signe Crawford, written by one of our own.
From energetic Latin marches and Spanish classics to English folk traditions, Japanese-inspired storytelling, and Caribbean-influenced rhythms, Origins celebrates the shared roots and diverse voices that shape music worldwide.

The Sequim City Band is directed by Tyler Benedict. The 85-member ensemble draws musicians from across the Olympic Peninsula and beyond—bring a friend and join us for an unforgettable afternoon of music.
