ACAP Winston-Salem is hosting a free educational program titled "Morning Stretch: Movement for Older Bodies" on Tuesday, July 16 at 5:30pm.The program will be held at the Highland Presbyterian Church Activity Building, located at 2381 Cloverdale Avenue in Winston-Salem, NC.
Caregivers will learn some exercises to help their loved ones move with ease and without pain. Enhance the quality of your mobility and stability. When you can move your body comfortably and confidently it helps sustain an independent lifestyle as you age.

Ariel is a health and fitness coach in the North Carolina Triad area. Her specialty is helping others manage chronic pain, therapeutic functional fitness, and Yoga. She helps clients develop fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits so they may reach healthy lifestyle goals.
