Introduction & Welcome
Info: Welcome- Mama shares a few minutes about the cultural meaning of tamales during the holidays and at family gatherings. Quick overview of today's timeline.

Hands-On Tamale Making
Info: Step by step demonstration preparing masa, filling, wrapping, and steaming. Each participant will be able to make their own Tamales (guided with hands on help).

Take Home Prep & Farewell
Info: Each adult participate will receive their 6 total tamales to take home. Enjoy refreshments, photo ops, and some holiday raffles. Final group photo & keepsake recipe card given.
