In celebration of Trans Day of Visibility, Lovely Bouquet Foundation proudly presents a special curated performance of Lovely Bouquet of Flowers as part of their Anthesis Tour. This powerful theatrical stage play explores trans lives through storytelling, movement, and music.
Lovely Bouquet of Flowers was written by Jazzmun Nichcala Crayton and David Hays Gaddas. It was inspired by interviews with members of the trans community and the play presents these stories as personified flowers that make up our lovely bouquet. It posits the idea that, like flowers, trans people are beautiful, resilient blooms that enrich the world. Part performance, part gathering, part collective affirmation, this event is designed as a celebration for the trans community and allies alike, creating an inclusive space that blends theatre and civic presence. In a time that calls for clarity, courage, and truth, we come together not in fear, but in love.
