Hello all, our wonderful mate Sarah came up with the idea of having a proper old jam in tribute to Denny, who has been a tireless, inclusive mentor and guide to so many musicians in Bradford for decades, and a fierce champion of live music, so we're going to have an old style MacRory's/Melborn style jam at the Victoria Hotel on the 28th December. Many of his compadres in music have already jumped at the chance, and if there's anyone out there who wants to play by all means give us a shout, this is meant to be as inclusive as Denny's jams always were. We're gonna start at 1pm on the day and see how long we last, there'll be a few Somebody's Brother favourites, plus a load of other tunes from those times, but as I say. it's an open event so who knows what'll happen. Food served, I reckon we'll need it, all punters and musicians welcome, you'd have to be stone mad to miss it
