No two months are the same. Each class brings fresh energy, a new creative lens, and an experience that feels more like a celebration than a workout.
Every masterclass features a high-energy, party-style dance workout led by licensed and guest instructors, a live DJ curating the vibe, and complimentary healthy snacks after class to refuel and connect. No dance experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
