Join the most scrumptious club in Altoona! Kids birth-grade 5 who check out books between Oct. 27th - Dec. 20th will receive an official ice cream club card that staff stamps once a week. In addition to getting their card stamped, participants will receive a paper scoop of ice cream that they can write their name on and add to the library’s giant ice cream cone.This program wraps up with a no-registration special Saturday morning story time.
