The Little Diadem Lady Girls Youth Conference is a special part of our Women’s Conference created to empower and inspire young girls to walk confidently in who God has called them to be. This conference teaches our young ladies their value, identity, and purpose in Christ.

Through fun activities, worship, mentorship, and powerful lessons, girls will learn how to shine with inner beauty, build strong character, and develop godly confidence. The name “Little Diadem” represents that each girl is a precious crown in God’s hand (Isaiah 62:3), chosen and cherished by Him.

Our goal is to equip the next generation of young women to grow in faith, self-worth, and leadership — helping them understand that they are wonderfully made, deeply loved, and called to make a difference in the world.
