Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum and River Heritage Quilters' Guild (RHQG) are partnering to host the workshop "How Do You Quilt That?" with Chris Schulte.
Chris Schulte, of Green Light Quilts, is a professional pattern designer and long armer.
Chris Schulte's workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to Noon on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum.
The term "free motion" is surface stitching on fabric using a domestic sewing machine. Whether you're a free motion quilter or new to sewing, this class has something for you! Schulte will guide you through her tricks for getting the best finish on your quilt top and then give you ideas for quilting a variety of designs.
