"Hollywood Open Mic Night"

"Hang On to the Dream Open Mic Mondays" at the Hang On to the Dream Theatre is for singers and bands of all genres to come out & jam!!

Located right in the heart of Hollywood, we've created a supportive space for singers and songwriters of all ages and to showcase their music.

Held every Monday at 7pm, and taped "live" for airing on the Hang On to the Dream Theatre channel on iHeart Radio, “Hang On to the Dream Open Mic Mondays” features some of the best up-and-coming talent in town! This is a great opportunity for artists to meet new people, network with industry professionals, and get inspired by the creative energy of fellow performers.

Whether you are a seasoned artist or just starting out, bring your guitar, violin, banjo or whatever and come join us as we help you “Hang On to the Dream” of making great music!

NOTE:  The Hang On to the Dream Theatre is located at the Ovation Hollywood Mall on the 2nd floor, right between the Dolby Theatre and the TCL Chinese Theatre, and directly above Hard Rock Cafe.

From the parking garage, take the elevators to the 2nd floor. When you get off the elevators, go towards the steps leading up to the Dolby Theatre. On either side of the Dolby Theatre staircase is a long hallway. Walk along that long hallway (going towards Hollywood Blvd). At the end of the hallway way, turn right, and you will see the marquee windows to the Hang On to the Dream Theatre.
