Karen Waltemyer from Lancaster County Parks & Recreation will give a talk on the variety of plants our ancestors brought with them and those they found growing naturally in America. Admission is free, and there’s no need to sign up. Open house tours of the Fasig & Keath Houses run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with the lecture starting at 3 p.m. Don’t miss the 45-minute historical walking tour at 1:30 p.m, sharp.
