"Her Time" Workshop

Join us for a monthly workshop in Downtown Batavia designed just for you.

Description

We will begin class with a community circle (sangha) for a chance to decompress and connect. Students will then enjoy a Yoga Nidra (meditation) followed by an art activity that can be enjoyed silently, or over a community chat. All are welcome to attend.

Agenda

Community Circle (Sangha) 2-2:15pm

This is a perfect time to build a connection with your fellow students.

“Her” Yoga Class 2:15-3pm

We will ease into an all-levels, nurturing yoga class that will strengthen the pelvic floor while relaxing the hips and lower back. The yoga postures chosen will be geared toward the female anatomy.

Guided Meditation 3-3:15pm

We will rotate to enjoy a plethora of meditation techniques in this series.

Centering Art Activity 3:15-4pm

Take some time to tap into your creative self! Feel free to chat or choose to take the time in silence. No art experience is necessary, and supplies will be made available. Those attending the workshop are not required to stay for the art activity.
