Welcome to the "HeartSong" Album Release Kirtan with Jocelyn Rose + Friends!
Let's come together as community to bathe in the soothing sounds of mantra medicine. "HeartSong", a compilation of intention-based and healing mantras, reminds us of our interconnectedness with peace, compassion, grace + love. Ever present.
Kirtan can be a tool to help quiet the mind, calm anxieties and stress, and tune us INWARD for clarity and calm. Whether you are a seasoned Yogi or new to the practice, I welcome you to add your voice, share your energy, and experience the collective resonance that Kirtan can bring.
A dream realized is now ready to be shared! My sincere hope is that these mantras awaken your own truth and heartsong.
