Brown Gurl Healing Walks – A Weekly Meet-Up at the National Mall
Sis. It’s time to move, breathe, and heal—together.
Join us every Monday evening for Brown Gurl Healing Walks, a weekly meet-up created with intention for Black and Brown women who are ready to get healthy—mind, body, and spirit—and build real community while doing it.
We’re walking around the National Mall in D.C., not just for fitness, but for release, connection, and restoration. It’s your space to show up exactly as you are, meet other women on their own healing journeys, and remind yourself that you’re not alone.
✨ What to expect:
- Empowering conversations
- Good energy + accountability
- Safe space to exhale and reset
- Gentle movement for your body + peace for your mind
Whether you're trying to clear your head, hit your step goals, or just be around women who get it—we’re here for you.
📍 Meet us at:
National Museum of African American History and Culture
(Madison Avenue Entrance)
1400 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20560
⏰ Every Monday | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
(Always shine, never rain ☀️ – we only walk in good weather)
Come as you are. Leave lighter.
Let’s walk it out together 💗
