Take a moment for yourself this Tuesday with ninety minutes of intentional quietude!Join the Pierced Poets as our very own Anna Arce takes us on a calming journey towards self-actualization. This session includes a group journaling workshop and a guided meditation – please bring a notebook, writing utensil, and some blankets/eye covers for the best experience!If you love the group Go Within journeys, consider asking Anna for a private session to follow – six week renewal courses are available!
