About this Event
DC artist Fred Folsom's "Last Call" is a larger-than-life triptych depicting the ambiance, culture, and people of the iconic Shepherd Park Restaurant, a Go-Go bar strip club which operated in Washington, DC's northernmost corner in the 1970s and 1980s. Join us at the American University Museum to view the triptych for yourself and enjoy our screening of Go-Go Girls Don't Cry, a documentary film exploring the creation of this large-scale work and Folsom's personal connections with the scenes he masterfully paints.
This event is suitable for ages 18+. Limited space available.
