This 10 week series will help you connect with others who are also looking for ways to manage their weight and stress during the holiday season. Participants will learn practical tips and strategies to manage their time, pack healthy snacks and meals for on-the-go, and learn about the stress process and its effect on the body, especially in weight gain.
