
About this Event
We’ll make 3 types of tofu, okara (soybean pulp), and soymilk soup✨ Tofu making is hard work — this isn’t your typical elegant cooking class. Be ready to use some muscle! After all the effort, we’ll sit down and enjoy everything we’ve made together. 🍽️. You will learn al lot about Tofu in this workshop. After this session, you will be a tofu master.
- Duration: 4 hours (includes dine together)
- Group Size: 8–12 participants
- Price: €93 per person
(Includes all ingredients, kitchen kit, drink, and recipes. Book below; you’ll receive a confirmation and secure payment link.) - Good to know: Participants must be 18+. We do not use any meat, eggs, flour, dairy products or peanuts in this workshop. Please note that the soysauce that we are going to use contains gluten.
- Things to bring: Basically you don’t need to bring anything—just bring yourself and your good vibes! However, during the tofu-making process, you’ll receive Okara (soybean pulp) as a by-product. If you’d like to take it home, please bring a container (around 500g) with you.
