n this 1.5-hour workshop, we will deepen our practice and understanding of vinyasa within ashtanga yoga – focusing on the transitions between poses, breath by breath. Where is the body at the end or beginning of an inhale or exhale? When the breath guides the movement, stability, ease, and a more meditative flow naturally arises.During the workshop, we will:
- Work with completing the inhalation and exhalation in every movement
- Explore clear beginnings and endings of each transition
When you know where the movement ends, how you begin changes: "Every breath matters"
