In this immersive and transformative workshop, we will embark on a deep healing journey to uncover and release the hidden influences of our ancestral past. Through the powerful practice of Family Constellations, we will explore how unconscious entanglements from our family lineage can shape our present lives, affecting our relationships, work, and overall well-being. By bringing these patterns to light, we create the opportunity to lovingly heal old wounds, liberate ourselves from the burdens of the past, and open up to the full potential of our lives.
As you connect with your authentic self, you’ll find that the space for love and compassion within you begins to expand, allowing for more meaningful connections with others and a greater capacity to receive the abundance life has to offer.
Active Meditations will further support this process, guiding you to move through and release stagnant energies within the body. The practices will help you step into the present moment with renewed vitality, clarity, and a deep sense of inner peace.
