The original "Downtown Cary History Walking Tour" created by the Friends of the Page-Walker historical organization returns this Spring! Enjoy a leisurely 1.25-mile walk along Academy Street led by expert Friends the Page-Walker guides who will share historical information and entertaining anecdotes about the Town's history from its past to its present. Tours are being held once a month from March through May and with Friends of the Page-Walker volunteer Guides - often dressed in period-authentic, historic outfits. Tours start at 10:30 AM and typically run 1.5 hours, ending at the Downtown Cary Park.
The "Downtown Cary History Walking Tour" Tickets are available via the Town of Cary's "Programs and Classes" page "RecTrac" link - Select " Downtown History Tour - EDUC0143". Ticket costs are $6 - Residents / $8 - Non-Residents.

Tours start at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center at 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary NC.
