"Crowned in Curls" Black Girl Hair Workshop

In honor of Black History Month, join us for a live talk and hands-on natural hair demo teaching girls ages 8+ how to love and care for their natural kinky hair. This is a family fun day: parents, siblings, and community members are welcome to attend and learn alongside us!

This is a FREE event! If you want your child to participate in the hands-on demo curated by a natural hair expert, see below:

***For Participating Girls (Ages 8+)
*$20.00 Registration Includes:
- identification of hair type & curl pattern
- shrinkage, moisture management
- hair porosity testing
- healthy hair techniques
- protective styling education
*Hands-on practice on mannequin heads:
- intro to 3-strand braids
- intro to cornrows
- intro to adding weave
