About this Event

Attendees will gain knowledge about the prevalence of co-occurring mental health substance use disorders across East Tennessee and about Prevention and Early Intervention of co-occurring mental health substance use disorders. Attendees will be provided with treatment Resources for a Wholistic Approach to Mental Health Well-Being and will engage in an activity to discover personal areas of growth towards mental well-being and practical exercises to manage stress.
