Week #2 of our 2025 "Celebrity" Bartender series! This week's "celebrities" will be Dawn Stowe, Sara Bolan, Gordon Bolan, Kay Marble, and Julia Chambers pouring for AFFEW (A Few Friends for the Environment of the World). AFFEW creates experiences that educate and inspire action to ensure a healthy environment for both present and future generations in Mason County.
AFFEW promotes a healthy and thriving environment by providing educational opportunities such as: Earth Day Celebration with keynote speakers, educational workshops, family activities-hands on reptile and amphibian show, hikes, UDIGIT Community Garden with 65 raised beds, 1/4 of the food grown goes to food pantries, Free Youth Summer Program with hands-on teaching kids about gardening, nature, and art, Beach Sweeps, Invasive Plant removal, native plant sale, Hazardous waste collection, Snakes Alive educational program for all 4th graders in Mason county.
They will host a silent auction with items and experiences that are environmentally focused! Please join us in supporting this crucial community program!
