Breakthrough is about the moments when we push past what we know and step into what’s possible. At TEDxUofTMississauga 2025–26, we’re exploring how bold ideas, decisive action, and unexpected insights can transform the way we live, work, create, and envision the future.
This theme embraces both personal and collective transformation—quiet inner shifts that change how we understand ourselves, and large-scale innovations that redefine entire industries. Whether you are rethinking how healthcare is delivered, transforming education, disrupting business models, reimagining the arts, advancing social change, or building more human-centered communities, we want to hear how your work is reshaping the landscape around you.
Through Breakthrough, we hope to inspire our audience to recognize possibility in their own lives. Each talk serves as an invitation: to question limits, experiment boldly, and see how a single insight can open an entirely new path. We are seeking speakers who can share not only what they have achieved, but also how they got there, so that others can find the courage, clarity, and imagination to create breakthroughs of their own.
