“Being” Kundalini Yoga with Siri AmritaThis series of classes will help us transition into the quieter, cozier energy of fall. We will harness and consolidate our energy, reminding ourselves how to just BE, in the midst of all our customary doing. Movement, breathwork, rest and meditation show us the way. Sundays are perfect for self-care. This practice can set the vibe for your entire week.
