"Barrio Universe City"A solo show by Israel Haros
Barrio Universe City is a solo show by Israel Haros. This current body of work explores Chicano Indigenous landscape. The first installation of 100 small scale mural pieces. 6 feet by 9 feet using different mediums in the hopes to inspire the nation in these chaotic and beautiful times. The works explode identity and memory inside a diaspora of time and place. The murals and prayers inside these pieces and the future pieces wish to explore relentless hope and it's implications in these times.
